Arcade Hotel & Hostel Hamburg

Enjoyed the location's proximity to the Barclays Arena, but the shared toilet felt a bit far from my room.

I asked for guest room and it was fairly quiet and spotlessly clean with great beds.

Location: the hotel was next to Couldnt walk to town, town centre and the metro stations. And it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The Buffet at Bellagio, ate there once or twice.

The self-check-in process was smooth and convenient. The room was clean, and I enjoyed the comfortable bed. I noticed the lack of hand soap and heard noise from neighboring rooms, which could be improved. Great for a budget-friendly stay.

A quiet hotel, my first choice in Hamburg. Generally it's a clean venue with variedbreakfasts. Really helpful staff and altogether a pleasant experience. Set in a reasonably priced location nearby a train station. Good restaurant inside the hotel.

Solo traveler friendly

Check-in was easy and that self check-in machine is something I appreciate! The location is on point so close to public transport and supermarkets. And I was able to walk to the Barclays Arena for the concert without breaking a sweat!

It wasn't the cheapest place around but it's still alright.

The room carried an unpleasant smell despite cleanliness was good. The shower felt too cramped, and opening the door while inside was a challenge. Walls weren't the thickest, so I caught snippets of conversations from the rooms nearby. Parking was elusive, requiring a bit of a hunt, but I eventually found a spot within walking distance.

The staff were super friendly, always helping us with our babies and providing a kettle for tea. The breakfast was a real treat-lots of choices including eggs and fresh bread. It's amazing location near the metro, and we enjoyed exploring St Pauli Piers.

My wife says that having a trash bin emptied during the day would make a big difference for families.

Perfect spot for concert-goers

The self-check-in was super smooth, and I appreciated receiving all the hotel details through WhatsApp beforehand. My room was clean, and I loved seeing the cheerful cleaning lady every time I passed her. One thing I noticed was the lack of hand soap in the room, which would have been a nice touch.

clean room , but not much charm

The self check-in machine made the arrival simple and efficient. The friendly staff spoke excellent English. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, which contributed to a comfortable stay. Enjoying the lovely garden view from my window added a nice touch to my experience.

The overall ambiance felt a bit lacking, not very cozy.

Had a pleasant stay with a solid shower that had great water pressure, and the room was simple yet clean. I especially loved chilling on the sun terrace and enjoying coffee in the cozy shared lounge. Just a heads up, the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear your neighbors, but it didn't bother me much. 😊

Wi-Fi worked well, and the kitchenette was handy, though walls let in too much noise.
